Vendor Information
Hope Remains Ranch is a Christian ministry. Products and services provided by vendors on the property of Hope Remains Ranch must align with the Biblical values of Hope Remains Ranch.
The cost to host a vendor space is $25/farmers and $50/all other vendors for a 10’x10′ space. If your application is approved, you will be required to pay the fee in full to be registered as an official vendor.
The vendor will need to bring tents, tables, displays, seating, and any other items needed to display their product. These items are not provided. Electricity is available in most vendor spaces.
Vendor spaces will be located in 2 areas: 1) in a covered arena or 2) on a paved parking lot. The placement of vendors will be based on need and availability. For example, food trucks will be parked on the parking lot. Non-truck vendors will be on a first-come first-serve basis to determine best placement for their product/preference.
Vendors agree to remain “open and doing business” at the Market throughout the entire duration of the event, arriving no later than 9:30am, 30 minutes before the event, and not packing up until 2pm, at the close of the event.
If selected as an official vendor, the vendor agrees to promote the event on their website/social media accounts to help advertise for the event.
In the event of rain or other inclement weather, causing cancelation of the event, vendor fees may be refunded or held to cover a space at the next market at the request of the vendor.
Completing the vendor application does not guarantee a vendor will be selected for the event, but is required to be considered. Applicants will be contacted within a week of applying.
