Volunteer Mentor Requirements:

Needs to value others, open their hearts, love, understand, note needs, trust the Lord for wisdom, enthusiastically greet others, engage by showing interest, readily does whatever is needed. They must be 18 years or older with a heart for making a difference in lives of preschoolers, children, and teens.

 

The heart behind a Volunteer Mentor is that the mentor should desire to spend extra time with a specific child during the regular ranch hours to develop a stronger trust relationship. To be available for more one on one time.

Jr. volunteer level: 

Individuals between age 13 and 17 can volunteer under the supervision of an older volunteer. They are allowed to help with chore work on Mondays and Wednesdays.

All of the above positions require going through an application process, interview, and background check. 
They must be dependable and follow all the expectation of the HRYR guidelines. Thank you!
